    @DaveWollenberg this song makes you want to drive to the beach and stare at the sun and hear the Ocean roar.Great tune that you never here on the radio since it dropped off the charts in 1980.

    I remember this song from the Summer of 1980 and what a Summer it was……Babe Ruth baseball team was 14-1, league champs, vacationing at Fairfax, Virginia, school recreation, great music, working in my brother Tom’s remodeling business and chilling with my girlfriend!! AHHHH, the good old days!!

    I remember being a little kid , maybe 6 or 7. My mother loved this song! Just hangin with my Mom! …She’s gone now! It’s fucked up Robbie Dupree made me think of her!! MUSIC!!!!!!

    I use to enjoy this song. I loved the bounce. I remember listening to this in 1980 in my 63 Nova. The song was only on the radio for a short time. “sweater to sweatshirt”.

    I remember hearing this song on radio station CKLW for the first time.. damn I love this song so much.. like you said it brings back so many memories.. wonder what he is doing these days? sure, would be great if he made a come back. who knows? anything is possible.
