Question by HaloHelper: Is it possible to be fat, but healthy at the same time?
My friend wants to “let herself go” and become fat. We have heard of bad stories of heart attacks and consequenses like that. Could she eat a lot of foods related to vegetables, like grain fed chickens, and be healthy and large? Also I heard that some kind of chocolate is good foe your heart (and cocoa beans are basically veggies). Thanks in adamce to anyone who can help.

i know i was a stick for years then i gained 25lbs.. got an ass and a tummy & im fine with it.. but i know im not fat

Yes..you are reading her. That’s me. I have a very difficult time losing weight because of my 30 PAGES worth of Food Allergies…the only foods I can eat are that of corn, potato, egg, and rice. Not exactly healthy, is it? Nope…but thankfully my cholestrol, and my sugar are enviable to that of a skinny person, so Yes…you CAN Be healthy, and fat at the same time.

some people who are large are still healthy…. like football players who are defense men they are healthy
if the heavy person is eating right and exercising a bit.. sure why not..
sometimes very thin people can be unhealthy
I’m fat, over 200lbs, I have normal cholesterol, normal bp, normal everything. I have back pain issues, but my dr says that its unrelated to my weight. I conceived, carried and delivered two healthy children (naturally, I may add). While my goal was never to be fat, I am fat. I eat healthy but never really exercise.
yes you can be fat and healthy and the chocolate you should look for is dark chocolate it’s good for your heart in moderation
