    fiber does feel like eating cardboard. I’m eating this oatmeal honey nut cereal with milk right now that’s said to be a good source in fiber. This cereal I’m eating is so hard to chew that i get tired chewing

    high fibre, like bread & salads & grains makes me BLOATED & GASSY. i have acid reflux & constipation depsite all my ‘high fiber’

    i recently increased fiber intake by a pretty high number…there’s a decent amount of gas coming out the back door to say the least…anyone know how long my body will take to adjust?

    @Burtonianz use a fleet enima, i had to use one once a couple years back, i hadnt had a bowel movement more more then a week, but it cleared everything out in about 15 min, and it wasnt pain full at all

    Yesterday i Had 6 free range eggs scrambled cooked in beef fat with 2 220gr raw milk cheese slitly melted as a late breakfast/lunch and then in the evening 3 slices free range bacon with 200gr parmesan cheese! No Salad No Veggies No Fruit no Grains/Beans! Went to the loo 3 times today!!

    @pyrotrue7 Yeah that’s right! Inspiration and determination are also needed when your working for your weight loss program.
